6pm: Introduction to farm and workshop including wood fired pizza and a glass of wine or beer.
5am: (Day break): Pick Damask Rose buds in the rose plantation.
8am: Load the still and start up distillation process.
9am: Breakfast in the café.
10am: Conducted farm tour.
11am: Morning tea.
12.30pm: Light lunch in our café.
1.30pm: Finish distillation, sort and pack rosewater and take home 2 x 125ml rosewater spritzers.
